Which shipping methods are available?

For the United States, I offer a flat rate of $4.95 tracked shipping on orders up to $75.00. Shipping is free on orders over $75.00.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most print orders will be processed and shipped within one week. Apparel, accessories, and drinkware will be processed and shipped within 7-14 days. Due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping service listed with your purchase if you have any issues with your order arriving.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please choose your artwork carefully as prints are final sale. Apparel and accessories may be exchanged or returned for store credit. These items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unwashed and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs. For returned items, product cost will be refunded, excluding the cost of shipping.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please email orders@camillenugent.com and I'll offer you an exchange.

Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
